Welcome to our comfortable, character farmhouse. Situated in a rural location, close to Highwoods and a short drive to Cooden Beach and Bexhill. Our generous Aga cooked breakfast is locally sourced with a wide, home - cooked choice of menu. Guests have exclusive use of our beautiful lounge, with open fire, and our sunny, well designed garden and Terrace. Use of Games Room, with Pool Table.
We have 2 large, comfortable bedrooms: Kingsize room with Ensuite and Superkingsize/Twin room with private bathroom and seperate toilet. Both rooms are well equipped with many luxury items, and thoughtful extras.

Wonderful B & B. We had a fantastic 2 nights. Definately deserves more than 5*. Nice welcome, tea and cake, superb, immaculate room with very comfy bed, crisp sheets and everything we could possibly need provided. Excellent guest lounge and terrific breakfast. We strongly recommend Highwoods Farm.... thank you Linda and Gordon

We had a very lovely stay at Highwoods last august, we highly recommend this beautiful and cosy B&B to anyone looking for a quitet place to stay with friendly hosts who try to please and help you in any way they can. We had a large bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious !
We would definitely visit again !

the best B&B we had until now. Lovely house with beautiful spotless room. Breakfast is gorgeous and we were spoiled with scones. Very friendly hostess. We'll certainly come back. Home from home

We have stayed in many bed and breakfasts throughout the UK and have now found the very best. It is a 5 star but deserves a 10 star if there was one. From start to finish our stay in this very luxurious accommodation was great. Very friendly hosts, spotlessly clean, everything you needed for your very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Keep up the good work Linda and Gordon. See you again soon.

Linda could not do enough for us. Her house is lovely, immaculate yet very homely and in a beautiful location. Her breakfasts are outstanding. We all would not hesitate to recommend Highwoods and can't wait to return!
