Simply the very best B&B I have stayed at with everything absolutely perfect, from the welcoming hosts Anna Maria and Ray to the excellent breakfasts. This will always be my first choice for any future visits to Bexhill.

Un B&B charmant, des hôtes très accueillants et qui font tout pour vous faire passer un agréable séjour et vous fournissent trucs et astuces pour les visites locales ou plus éloignées, des petits déjeuners gargantuesques : je vous conseille l'américain avec pancakes, oeufs brouillés et bacon, en plus de toutes les bonnes choses déjà présentes sur la table. Une bonne adresse à retenir

We had a great time when we stayed at The Garth recently. Our first stay but we don't intend it to be our last. Annamaria and Ray made us really welcome - we soon felt like old friends.
Probably the best accommodation we have been in, we would fully reccommend it to anyone.

We could write a long, long list of all the good things about The Garth, but it's all been said in the earlier reviews. Annamaria and Ray are a truly wonderful couple. So warm, attentive, interesting, interested and so friendly. Everything about our 3 night stay in July was just perfect. We really did have a great time staying with you. Thank you so much, and we will be back.

Stayed at The Garth in June, had a great stay with Annamarie and Ray, this was the 2nd time we have stayed, and both times we were made to feel welcome. Home from home with an excellent breakfast and takeaway scones.

The warmth of the welcome provided by Annamaria and Ray is incredible. The house is comfortable and homely, and they have thought about absolutely everything necessary to make a atay with them a real treat. Nothing is too much trouble for them We would defy you to find a better breakfast anywhere, and those scones are divine!

Our hosts, Ray and Anna-Maria, who were warm, kind and very friendly, made sure our stay with them was extra special - tea and delicious home-made scones were served to us on our arrival and later on, while Ray entertained us with his music, a fellow guest was encouraged to join in with her singing. We will certainly be recommending this delightful B'n B to our family and friends and hope to stay again soon.

What a wonderful welcome, beautiful house, fabulous food, need I say more? Thank-you Anna-Maria and Ray for making us feel like part of your family. I cannot praise the whole experience highly enough. Next time we come to Bexhill we know exactly where to stay, The Garth or Hart with a 'G' Heart sums it all up.

Thankou Anna-marie and Ray for a wonderful weekend stay at The Garth. It was more like visiting friends. Accomodation and welcome excellent and the breakfasts were to die for.We will certainly reccomend this place to anyone and hope to return some time soon.

Stayed at the Garth on the 26th of March with my husband & friends. Wonderful welcome tea home made scones & cake on our arrival.
Ray & Annemarie make you feel at home & even offered lifts to our venue. We have friends in Bexhill & we would love to stay again.

Wonderful B&B, terrific hosts in Annemaria and Ray. Everything was sparkling, bed linen lovely and the breakfast choices were five star. Highly recommended, just wish we had stayed longer.

I've just stayed at The Garth for the 3rd time whilst househunting in Bexhill. Annamaria and Ray truly go out of their way to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as it could possibly be. They offer an excellent choice for breakfast which, if you are not careful, is huge; it includes lots of lovely home made scones, pastries and cake. Annamaria and Ray open up their whole home offering a cup of tea or coffee when coming in during the day and they even offered us lifts within the local area as we had travelled some distance by train. The rooms and beds are extremely comfortable and I cannot recommend this B&B highly enough.

i enjoyed my stay at the garth so much i stayed for 3 weeks.absolute fantastic hosts in annemarie and ray.the accommadation is second to none the beds are so comfy and everything is so clean and fresh.the breakfast ensures that you will not require anything else all day.overall a wonderful experience well worth a visit,i will definately be going back and taking my family with me 10/10

We like to stay in the best, and this was surely the best. The quantity and quality of the food was outstanding. Our hosts were friendly, attentive, interesting and interested in us. As soon as we go back to the area we will stay with them again.

I stayed at the Garth for 2 nights (7 and 8 Jan 11). I have used B&B around UK on average 2 nights per week for the past 3 years and this one is without question one that I will use again and again. The environment was warm, friendly and relaxing from the moment of arrival, exactly what it says on the tin. The food and accommodation was outstanding. I have no hesitation in recommend this wonderful location.
