2-4 August 2011. Lovely B&B, run by a lovely lady, Wendy. The two rooms we had were spacious and beautifully decorated/furnished. Most importantly the whole place was very clean. Great breakfasts, carefully prepared. We were made to feel very welcome and would highly recommend this B&B. It's worth staying just to view Wendy's artwork and shoot the breeze with her. We will certainly be making a return visit. Thank you, Wendy.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights. When I saw the room I didn't hesitate to make a decision if we should look for other place; I knew we would stay, the room was lovely with a very comfortable bad and big bathroom. The house is located very close to the sea side. The owners are very nice and warm people and serve tasty breakfast. We wanted to thank you for a nice time and highly recommend Albany House!

We would highly recommend Albany House B&B.
Wendy and Bernie made us feel very welcome.
Wendy's cooked breakfast's kept us going all day. A nice touch was the silent fridge in the room, with fruit and fresh milk, a bonus
when all you normally get is those UHT cartons! Give Rye a visit you'll love it.

We stayed at the Albany house for one night and the room was great and you could not fault the breakfast, so if in Bexhill again I know where we will be staying.

Had a wonderful stay at Albany House, everything was perfect. Wendy & Bernie made us so welcome & comfortable, we didn't want to leave! The location is ideal, by the sea and all of the town's facilities. Wendy's paintings were a bonus for us to enjoy and we hope to return before too long. Thank you both so much.

We enjoyed our stay at the albany house very much! The closeness to the sea and the seagulls in the sky were just amazing. Our room was the violet one, which we could greatly recomment. The tasteful arranged apartment emanate tranquility and peace. Every detail is choosen with love and style, so you must feel comfortable! And the B&B has got a very delicious breakfast, too! :)
The continental breakfast and the full english breakfast as well we can only recommend! All in all its a very nice and affordable guest house - as well with children!
We'll surely come back when we visit england again!

My wife and I chanced upon this aladdin's cave on a drive around the coast after staying in London the night before. What a difference in accomodation standards. It is probably the best B&B we have ever stayed in (and there's been a few). Wendy could'nt do enough to make sure our stay was comfortable. Rooms were immaculate and of a very high standard. Have recommended the 'Albany experience' to all our friends. Good luck with the paintings Wendy.

We stayed at the Albany at the end of May. Having been made most welcome by Wendy we were taken to our spacious and tastefully decorated room. On the walls were samples of Wendy's art which echoed the colours of the room.
We felt the fresh milk in the fridge and the fresh fruit was a nice touch. Finally a hearty breakfast.
The location is only a short walk from the seafront and restaurants.
Thank you.

I had a delightfully relaxed overnight stop at Albany House and was really pleased to meet Wendy Catt, the proprieter who is a talented artist! The rooms are fantastically upmarket, clean and comfortable and I had everything I could wish for. I ate a beautifully cooked breakfast in the morning and left feeling relaxed and refreshed..!! Thank you Wendy.

My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights at The Albany House and loved it! Everything that's written above about The Albany House is so true!
The owners have renovated the house not too long ago and made it into a hugely comfortable place to stay. Decoration is very stylish and a pleasure to be surrounded by. The beds are perfect (wish I had one of those at home)! And it is all really clean.
The Albany House is situated beautifully, right between the waterfront and shops. All at walking distance, just as the restaurants. But although these conveniances are so nearby, the house is unbelievably quiet. We had a room overseeing the garden and woke up every morning with lovely birdsong coming through the open window. Our stay really gave us the peace and quiet we needed after a busy time working.
Thanx Wendy, for the great time we had at your B&B, and for enjoying your art. Good luck with your photography. We will certainly visit you again!

The Albany House was a pleasant surprise. My husband and I couldn't have been happier. I've stayed in many places in the US and UK but this was the best by far. The accommodations were A+. The rates were very reasonable. The rooms were sparkling clean and decorated to the highest quality.
The owners couldn't have been nicer. Very pleasant people and very talented. The added bonus was Wendy Catt's (the owner) paintings throughout the B&B. They were unique.
The decor was outstanding; very appealing to the senses.
I will go back to Bexhill on Sea to visit and only stay at The Albany House B&B. I recommend this to all who love peace and beauty. It's an experience you will never forget.
