I don't often stay in b&b's but can highly recommend this one. Andy & Rachael are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are extremely, also the English breakfast was brilliant.
If I'm back in Bexhill I will certainly stay here again!

A wonderful little find ! Andy and Rachel, although new to Buenos Aires, were both so friendly and welcoming it felt like we'd known you for years. Everything good - cannot fault your B&B. Excellent !

A very pleasant B&B. Our Hosts were kindness itself and the accommodation was superb, clean, warm and inviting. Breakfast - we were spoilt for choice. Our only regret was that we were in Bexhill for only one night!

We had another excellent 3 night stay with Louise and Mark at the end of April 2009. The four poster room with ensuite bathroom and breakfasts are all really excellent.
Nothing is too much trouble for Louise or

Mark and the location is excellent for the sea or the shops and nearby Hastings.

We shall be back.

A beautifully tranquil place where nothing was too much trouble.A most comfortable stay with impeccably clean accommodation. My hosts, Mark and Louise could not have been more accommodating. Five star for me and I would recommend their guest house most highly.
