Bexhill's Old Town is a gentle stroll from our friendly Victorian family home. Our guest house has been beautifully restored to reflect the glowing warmth and character of the Victorian era. Had a very nice time in Bexhill and spent two nights at Eve's B&B. Eve and Barry both made my stay very enjoyable and the room was fantastic. Lovely character to the house and the pets made it all feel very homely indeed. Will be back again some day when passing through again, maybe to rest up next time =) Eve and Barry did more than enough for me over the two nights and it was more than I could have asked for. Hope to see you soon again. Seán

Clean, comfortable and very welcoming, plus a first class breakfast. If you want a comfortable stay this is the place.

We have stayed at Eve's B&B twice now once Feb 10 and once Sept 10 and both times were brilliant, we are always made welcome and the Breakfasts are amazing. Barry and Eve are lovely people who always make you feel welcome.

We stayed for 5 nights with Eve and Barry and it was wonderful. Room, house and breakfast were suberb.We know Bexhill for many years and it was lovely stay again in this town. We definitely come back next summer.

Have been working at Bexhill and have spent a fortnight here in January repeated again in February. The B and B was warm and comfortable. Eve and Barry made me very welcome and Eve's 'Full English' breakfast was most excellent. I firmly recommend this B and B to everyone
