We warmly welcome you to our 2 self -contained adaptable ground floor, en suite guest rooms, with off street parking. We are situated in a semi-rural setting on the A269, 3 miles from the sea at Bexhill. Breakfast, if required, is served in the rooms and we offer special long stay and reduced rates for families.

The accommodation originally formed part of the outbuildings and stables within walled gardens of Manor Barn, which stands in the grounds of Lunsford Manor, and was converted sometime ago. For the past fifteen years we have been using the rooms for bed and breakfast.

From the warm greeting to the fond farewell I have nothing but praise for Manor Barn. Clean and comfortable surroundings, nice little extra touches and a absolutely glorious, perfectly presented breakfast!
Well worth the money and a great base for exploring the surrounding area and excellent dining in Bexhill!!!
We will return!

Highly recommended as an informal, very reasonably priced B&B. If you want a quiet, away from the town, B&B where you can come and go at will this is the place. Don't expect luxury, it's under £30 night, just clean, comfortable basics.
