We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Old Manse in early April 2010. The house is spotless and beautifully decorated. Our room was extremely comfortable and breakfast was excellent with locally sourced produce. Our hosts were very friendly and attentive. We would highly recommend anyone thinking of visiting the area to treat themselves and book a stay at the Old Manse.

Lovely. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. A welcome touch of luxury during a difficult house move. A very accommodating and friendly couple have opened up their home to share. The homemade bread at breakfast was delicious. I would strongly recommend a stay in this delightful B&B.

Myself and my future husband have just visited for a view to possibly staying local on our wedding night, I must say the photo's do no justice to this elegant, comfortable Bed and Breakfast, the bedrooms are cosy and welcoming, they are superbly clean, the decor brilliant! We will be staying here for sure!

We stayed at the Old Manse in June last year as part of a surprise trip for our dad. The house is beautiful, our rooms were comfotable and spacious with enormous beds. The breakfasts were out of this world, lovely home cooked food, but most of all you are made to feel so at home, almost a part of the family. I would recommend this as a place to stay, a bit of a treat but still affordable. They are located in a nice part of town in a lovely quiet street, easy to find and worth the trip. We can't wait to go back.
