A Grand Evening's Browsing

Just a message to say very well done regards your website. Clean and fresh in appearance, very easy to navigate. Lots of features, which have hijacked the best part of my evening on-line. I am a Bexhillian of a mere two and a half years standing, but I think it does the town that I love proud. I shall be referring this site to my many overseas contacts.

Once again, well done.

I really like your Bexhill web site and hope you continue to maintain its current high standards, with support from other sites with which you are linked such as the Redstack (I like their programme of music from the Zombies to wishbone Ash and hope it is well supported?). I visit Bexhill regularly to see my parents and enjoy cycling along the front very early in the morning for that dose of healthy ozone. I would like to know if there are any good cycling clubs/routes for the keen amateur in the area? And is it possible to cycle from Bexhill to Hastings along the beach, avoidin the dreadful road? Cheers, Mike

I am originally from Bexhill born and bred but now live in OHIO USA. It's great to see bexhill again, even though I can't be there right now. I wish there was a sight so that I can look for old friends back across the pond.
Keep up the great work, the site is great.

Mark Sandy.

Very Informative!

Having seen a short film at the Tate my interest was kindled in the De La Warr Pavilion, and having recently spent time fossil hunting on the Isle of Wight it seems a visit to Bexhill will satisfy both! Thanks for such a lovely website - am busy planning a visit.

Just discovered your excellent website. We live in Florida but visit Bexhill 3 times a year where we own a flat in the Sackville. This is a great way for us to keep in touch. Thank you so much.

I just wanted to say what a fantastic website you have created here.
My family and I are coming to Bexhill during August this year and the website has told me everything I need to know.

Kind regards,

Isabel Norman, Actress

posted by Dr B on 30 Apr 2021 at 5:44 pm

Hi, was your grandmother the actress Isabel Norman whose last performance was at the Grand, Brighton in "Jack the Ripper"? I noticed a post on the MyBrightonandHove website and wondered if this was you. Apologies if not but if so please do contact me as I'm conducting theatre research which includes Isabel Norman and others and have many questions about your grandmother. I've left a post on the MyBrightonandHove website with the cast list of "Jack the Ripper" which is pending release. Thank you.
