Stone Head/Cantelupe Road

While sitting at the juntion of Bridge Street and Cantelupe Road, waiting to turn right towards St Richards school I glanced at the roof of the house to the the left of the flats opposite the junction.
On the edge of the roof was a stone head.
I've searched online and can't find any info on it hence posting here x
