Bexhill Waterways

Are there any navigable rivers or canals in the Bexhill area? And where's the best place to fish? When I did a search, all I came up with is one - Moor Hall Drive lakes in Ninfield, about 5 miles north west of Bexhill station. Yet there appear to be quite a few waterways marked on local maps. Any keen fishermen out there who can 'cast' some light, please? Thanks!

The closest is probably Wylands in Powdermill Lane between Catsfield and Battle which has a good reputation.
