Harpers Restaurant?

Does anyone remeber a Harpers Restaurant in Bexhill. This is mentioned in a biograph of the cook/hostess Fanny Craddock but I am unable to locate it.

Yes i remember Harpers resturant because i used to work there when i was 18. Its now a pub called 'The Harp'. This happened about 12 years ago.
