Dog Snatchers

Please be aware there are dog nappers operating in Bexhill.
A lady nearly had her 2 Chihuahuas snatched on Sidley Recreation Ground yesterday by 2 men who were in a white van.
I was approached by a Police Officer when walking on the Down today who told me to be vigilant.
