Peatree Road

We came last week to view a house in Peatree Road and were seriously thinking of putting an offer on that property.
I thought i'd tap into your message board to see wot's wot as we do not know your area too well.. being from Sevenoaks. Well now this info. has put an entirely different aspect on the supposed move.... how desperately dissapointing. we loved the area the village the green ... from what we saw. How sad.

Do you mean Peartree Lane?
I'm asking because I grew up in that road, and it was a great place to be!
Some of the houses down there are fantastic with huge gardens, and there are woods, a park and quiet roads nearby (we used to rollerskate etc down the quieter roads).
Maybe the news you mean is about the Barnhorn Green development that's proposed?
If it is, that's not definitely going ahead, and even if it does, Peartree Lane is a bit of a way away from there, so don't let that unduly worry you.
