Is Bexhill Wheelchair Friendly?

I am looking to move to a seaside town and Bexhill looks very nice. I am coming to have a look at the place next week, can anybody tell me if it is a wheelchair friendly place - is the station accessible because I work often in London.
I do not drive and rely totally on public transport so are the buses accessible?
