Grand Hotel

Rother District Council, under reference RR/2010/2052/P, approved the detailed plans on 9th September 2011 for the erection of building to form 24 apartments and underground car parking area on a former site of the Grand Hotel on the corner of Sea Road and Jameson Road. At present the hoardings are failing and it is an unpleasant to look at from both streets.
It is now long overdue so can Rother District Council do something about it?
