99 Bus Route - Problems

For some time the 99 bus route has been awful and talking to other passengers it appears this is not a new thing. After I alerted the local paper the bus company blamed the new bypass works - which is strange because the 99 does not go within a mile and a half of them! If you have experienced delays or problems, let the newspaper know or write a letter. Stagecoach needs to be shamed into doing something.
