At last week's town Forum meeting it was confirmed that Rother District Council will be having a governance review to determine how Bexhill might be managed in the future. A Town Council is a popular option but few at the meeting knew how this might be rolled out.
The National Assoc of Local Councils has produced a most informative document that answers many questions, the link is below:
