Just purchased an old picture which was framed by H S. Portch, 16 Windsor Road, Bexhill, Sussex TN39 3PB (sticker on the back) and was wondering when he was active in Bexhill, to narrow down, when this picture was framed.
Hope someone can help.
Many thanks in advance.

I remember H S Porch in Widsor Rd in the 60's maybe 70's. I know Steve Porch who I think was his grand son who lives in Netherfield. When my brother was at school in the mid 60's one of his teachers was a Mrs Porch who i feel sure was H S Porchs daughter. I could be a generation out but I do know that they were all related.

Iv just been given a framed photo of sheep &lambs in a pasture for Xmas. Being an antique dealer by trade, judging by the style, age, and condition of the framing and the script of the label that its no later than mid 1940's. I initially looked at your website to find the working life of Mr h.s.portch....don't suppose this will help anybody but I thought I'd mention it anyway ,lol.
