Looking For A Lost Relative

I have sent a letter to Ex Service Fellowship Centre, Hollenden House, Buckhurst Road, Bexhill On Sea. East Sussex, TN40 1QE.
I am looking for a relative who was resident at this about address fifteen years ago. I have had the letter returned by the Post Office as 'No such address'. Internet searches inform me that the address is called Ex Service Fellowship Centre, but the screen displays a pub! If anyone has information about where the Ex Service Fellowship Centre is now, Please email the above address.
