What's the point of having them? Seeing as they were fitted around the town over a year ago. And still they say " under a test" how many questions does this machine need to answer untill it passes? Does it need 100 out of 100 to pass? Then it turns on????
I've noticed in other towns, they have theirs working and it runs smoothly. But bexhill ones just sit there. Doing nothing, can anyone shed a light onto what's going on? Comments please.....
