There is one I would run and hide from.
In the past their maintenance on rented properties was frankly awful

however, I can't name them here sadly.

After 20 years, and as most activity has moved to other platforms such as Facebook Groups, we have made the decision to close the message board. We are no longer accepting new posts.
All existing threads have been preserved in a read-only archive. In accordance with our obligations under UK GDPR, we have removed all email addresses and personal contact information from our records, and no longer have the means of contacting any former posters.
