Area Advice

Hi
I am hoping to get some advice. My family are looking at moving we currently live in Surrey but fancy a change. there is myself and my partner we are both 44 and my two daughters 18 & 19. so here is the question we have four areas in mind Eastbourne, Hastings, St Leonards on sea and ofcourse Bexhill. I will need to commute to London daily for work (how long it takes doesn't really bother me too much) we will require a selection of restaurants a good pub coffee shops and ofcourse general shops. We would also like it to be a area that hold annual events. So now for the question out of the four which would you good readers suggest.
