Please! Can anyone help?
My wife and I are desperate to find out the history, of our building Birk Hall situated on the Marina opposite the pavilion. We believe the building was built in 1886 as a private residence... with uninterrupted Sea Views. Converted 1946 into four apartments.
We are looking for any information pertaining to anyone who might have lived or worked here. Or even better regarding the original owners, we have documentation relating to the auction of Birk Hall in 1919 We think the original owners name was a Mr H J Howard. Not entirely sure though.
