Census 1946 Collington Avenue

Cannot seem to find census for 41 Collington avenue. Looked at Kelly book and Pike at the library and the museum. but no luck. Also went to Lewes Registar office but it was the wrong office. My mother's name was margaret Girvin-Sisson. And my grandmother's name was Ruby Girvin- Spital . I would like to know how long they lived there.
