Is there anyone out there that was at Collington Rise School when it was evacuated to Carbis Bay Cornwall and was at St. Uny Hotel that leaked water miserably!!

Hi Peter, Greetings. I started boarding at Collington Rise prep school in 1938 until sometime in 1939 I think. (not sure of the date) I then went on to "Normansal" prep.school as a boarder in Seaford. Were you at Collinton Rise then ? Mr or Rev. Foster was the headmaster. I went to New Zealand after doing my National Service in the Royal Navy, in 1950. Love to hear from you. Cheers! Harald
