Strange Lights In The Sky

On thursday 13th of June 2019. I witnessed some very strange lights circulating in the sky above Bexhill they were going round in circles then meeting up in the middle then back to going round in a circle. There were 3 of them that looked like amall clouds. This happened at 10.30pm at night while i was walking the dog.
Can anyone explain what it was? Or of they saw it aswell. Please reply with yout comments as im very interested. Thankyou. From steve.
