Bexhill In The 1960s

I was born in St Leonards and lived in and around Bexhill for most of my life and now I am an author of crime and mystery novels and have chosen Bexhill as the setting for my latest series of Sussex Crimes! My books are set in 1964 onwards, so any memories anyone would like to share about life in Bexhill around that time would be fantastic and help me with first-hand research! Anything to do with work, housing, entertainment, and family life in general. Thanks a million!

I was a teenager in bexhill - born 1951.
Not too well right now with kidney infection and possible COVID but happy to help in a week or two when I feel better.
