Only just found this. I remember Sally Bentley but was more her sister’s age. I agree I was surprised there was so little about this school. I was not happy there and left after O levels. Continued education in the North and completed an MA. I wonder if more people will come to this site following the film 6 minutes to midnight with Eddie Izard and Judy Dench. School amalgamated with Charters Towers and then evaporated!

I am looking for my teacher Elizabeth Pierce who was at Hollington Park School and then went to Ancaster House School. She was there in 1976. I had her phone number and address in Bexhill, but think that she's moved somewhere else in Bexhill.
I found a letter she sent me in 1976 and I really would like to get back in touch.

I worked at the School in 1965 with Miss Huxley and Miss Mumford I was an assistant matron.
I have a prospectus from that year. It includes fees and payments for music and charges for tuition which were in Guineas back then.
Do you know anyone who would be interested as a historical item . I can send from Australia.
