Hi. David. As you are aware Coleman is a fairly common name. Don’t know if I’m leading you astray but i remember a Doris and Jim Coleman around 1955 era who lived in Little common Road. Mr Coleman was a business man possibly cars or garages I was only about ten but mrs Coleman was helpful to my widowed mother.
I also remember a Coleman family who i don’t think we’re related who lived in Hillside Road. Don’t remember the parents names had two daughters one was called Lesley. Hope that assists in your search sorry couldn’t have been of more help.
