Cake Shop/cafe

I moved here in 1982 having spent my childhood holidays here and in Norman's Bay.. I recall a cakeshop cum cafe at the sea end of Sackville Road... they sold amazing cream cakes... what was it called?
my memory has been jogged by watching Fanny Cradock making choux buns!!
