Trying To Locate Joseph Andrews

Hi, I am trying to find Joseph Andrews, who was born in 1936, lived at Bidenwell avenue at the time. His father was Robert Andrews from Bexhill and his mother was Moira Doyle from Ireland. Joseph had a number of aunts and uncles living in Bexhill, Nora Heard, Charles Andrews, Hilda Andrews, Reginald Andrews and Joyce Andrews.
I would really appreciate if anybody has any knowledge of Joseph, Thank you
