A tan? Oh yes indeed you can sit on the beach and get brown in Bexhill. I believe that this S.E. corner of England is one of the most sunny in Britain.
But, there is always a "but", it is almost always very breezy. So lie low out of the wind and you will acquire a beautiful
golden tan. Enjoy.

I've got burnt many times whilst sitting on the beach. Like John says, it's usually breezy which is nice but hides the fact that the sun is very hot so take care!!
Thank You

I have spent many years as a kid sitting on the beach and getting quite burnt, south cliff,or galley hill are good spots, but for a really good tan you need to go over to fairlight beach at hastings,a good walk through the glens and a nice day on the beach, be carefull not to fall asleep though,a head to toe severe sun burn isnt to nice ,I couldnt walk properly for several days :-)

To Donna, now that summer has ended just wondering if you managed to get a Bexhill tan?
